Higher Education
Higher education is the level of basic education aimed at developing the personality of a student, listener, their intellectual and creative abilities, receiving special theoretical and practical training, culminating in the assignment of the qualifications of a specialist with higher education, a master's degree.
At the first stage of higher education, training is provided for specialists with fundamental and special knowledge, abilities and skills, with the assignment of the qualifications of a specialist with higher education.
At the first stage of higher education, the educational program of higher education of the first stage is implemented, which ensures the acquisition of the qualifications of a specialist with higher education, and the educational program of higher education of the first stage, which ensures the acquisition of the qualifications of a specialist with higher education and is integrated with educational programs of secondary specialized education.
Higher education of the first stage gives the right to continue education at the second stage of higher education and to employment in the received specialty (direction of specialty, specialization) and the assigned qualification.
