Representatives of the BrSU and the Moscow CPU discussed issues in the field of Urbanology Education

On October 4, Brest State A.S.Pushkin University and Moscow City Pedagogical University (MCPU) held an online meeting. It was caused by the need to discuss cooperation in the field of Urban Education within the framework of the cooperation agreement.

Brest State A.S.Pushkin University was represented by Maxim Albertovich Bogdasarov, Vice-Rector for Research, Elena Georgievna Artemuk, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Oksana Ivanovna Gryadunova, Head of the Department of Urban and Regional Development, Irina Vasilyevna Abramova, Associate Professor and lecturer at this Department, and Anna Nikolaevna Mayevskaya, Head of the Research Sector, Tatiana Anatolyevna Shelest, Head of the Department of International Affairs, Natalia Vladimirovna Sas.

On the part of the Moscow City Pedagogical University, the Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Urban Studies and Global Education (SRI UGO) participated in the discussion Svetlana Nikolaevna Vachkova, Deputy Director of the UGO Research Institute Igor Bogdanovich Shiyan, Head of the Scientific Research Laboratory of Educational Infrastructures of the UGO Research Institute Elena Vladimirovna Ivanova, researcher at the Laboratory of Educational Infrastructures of the UGO Research Institute Ekaterina Mikhailovna Barsukova.

During the meeting, agreements were reached on cooperation in educational and project areas, namely on the implementation of bachelor's and master's degree programs, student exchange, and visits to Brest by leading lecturers of the Moscow State Pedagogical University within the framework of the Invited Professor program (as part of the Higher Education subprogram of the Education and Youth Policy state program), conducting joint scientific research, and participating in scientific events.
