All foreign citizens temporarily staying in the Republic of Belarus may receive emergency and urgent medical care without hindrance and free of charge in public health institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
Foreign students of Brest State A.S. Pushkin University who are subject to compulsory medical insurance (except citizens of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan) must purchase a medical insurance policy for the period of study (mainly for one year with subsequent prolongation).
