Educational programs

The University at the present stage of development is characterised by multi-profile and multi-level professional training: pre-university training; the opportunity to receive higher education at 9 faculties; Master's and Postgraduate studies; professional development and retraining at the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining.

1. Preparatory course for foreign citizens

The pre-university training programme is aimed at preparing applicants for admission to the university. The training term is 10 months. Those who successfully complete the course of study and pass the final examinations are issued a certificate of completion of the preparatory course.

Submission of documents to receive an invitation: July-August.

Tuition fee for foreign citizens: 1600 US dollars.

2. General and special higher education (Bachelor's degree)

General and special higher education provides training of specialists possessing fundamental and special knowledge, skills and abilities, with awarding the qualification of a specialist with higher education. The duration of study is 4-5 years. At the end of the course, a Diploma of Higher Education of international standard is awarded.

3. Advanced higher education (Master's degree)

Advanced higher education (Master's degree) is a completed stage of education and training at the level of higher education, which provides the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities of scientific-pedagogical and research work with the award of a Master's degree, giving the right to continue education in postgraduate studies and employment in the specialty and qualification awarded.

The period of study depends on the chosen specialty and lasts 1-2 years.

4. Science-oriented education (postgraduate studies)

The purpose of postgraduate studies is to train specialists who have the skills to conduct planning and independent scientific research, in-depth theoretical knowledge, allowing them to prepare a qualifying scientific work (dissertation) for the degree of Candidate of Sciences. Upon completion of postgraduate studies, under the condition of successful completion of final attestation, graduates are awarded a diploma of researcher of the established sample and are assigned the scientific qualification "Researcher".

Postgraduate studies are carried out in full-time, part-time and co-research forms of education. Term of study are full-time - up to 3 years, part-time - up to 4 years, co-research - up to 5 years.

5. The course "Russian as a foreign language"

Duration of study lasts from 1 to 10 months (at the request of the student).

Upon completion of the training, the students are given a certificate of completion of the course.

At the request of the student, a place to accommodate in a dormitory is provided.

6. Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining

The Institute carries out educational programmes of additional adult education: retraining of managers and specialists with higher education; advanced training of managers and specialists with higher and secondary professional education; educational programmes of training courses; educational programmes of improving the capabilities and abilities of the individual in correspondence, full-time (day, evening), distance education on a tuition basis. Upon completion of training, students are issued a diploma of retraining at the level of higher education, a certificate of advanced training, a certificate of training of the established samples.
