Workshop “Building productive interaction between individuals in the polystyle area of the university”

On March 19, 2020, a workshop with the elements of the training “Building productive interaction between individuals in the polystyle area of the university” was held for the class leaders of the departments within the school “Experience” by the teachers of the Chair of Social Work.

This event was attended by 20 class leaders of the departments of our university.

During the training the participants got acquainted with the following concepts: “communication”, “business communication”, “active listening”; shared their opinions on how to make communication at the university effective. The students were offered the task to draw a story related to the university and interact without words. The next practical exercise “How are rumors spreading?”, provided an opportunity to follow the “path of information” in the process of changing participants in communication in society.

The workshop programme ended with reflection, where everyone analyzed their work and expressed wishes to the organizers.
