Status quo and prospects of private business development in Brest region

On March 18, 2015 a University student scientific conference “Status quo and prospects of private business development in Brest region” was held at Brest State A.S. Pushkin University. It was organized within the framework of the international project “Creation of Trans borderline platform “Biznestrans” to encourage and support cooperation between businesses and scientific institutions  and to provide closer relations. This project is carried out together with Higher State School of Pope John Paul II in Biala Podlaska. The conference was set up by the chair of theoretical and applied economics.

The Departments of Law, Geography, Psychology and Pedagogics, Physics and Mathematics, Biology, History and Foreign languages delegated their students to take part in this conference. The reports were focused on the main problems and prospects in business development in Brest region on trans borderline territories. In the centre of the discussion was the system of supporting private businesses in the region as well as the role of business public organizations. Each speaker was presented with a certificate of the scientific conference member.
