Republican Round of the 6th International Student Academic Contest "Environmental Safety"

The Republican round of the 6th International student academic contest "Environmental safety" started on November 1, 2012.  The CIS base organization for ecological education of the educational institution "International Sakharov Environmental Institute" acted as the organizer of the event.

Brest State A.S. Pushkin University hosted the Republican round of the academic contest this year provided the University has been making a significant contribution to the development of the ecological education. The Inter-faculty academic and research center for ecology and natural history functioning in our University serves a proof for this fact. The center consists of 2 departments:  the department of ecological education "Winter garden" and the nursery "Perpetual florescence garden". The students with the specialization in "Bioecology" have been trained at the Faculty of Biology since 2009.

The main motto of any Olympic event is "Focus on the journey, not the destination". We agree entirely with this motto and wish all the participants of the student academic contest the best of luck and success.
