Pinsk is named the Youth Capital of Belarus for 2020

The national holiday “Youth Capital of the Republic of Belarus – 2020” was held from 28 to 31 January. Pinchanka residents and guests of the town had an opportunity to visit a lot of interesting events that provided a rich program of the holiday: the national forum “Belarus, Youth, Initiative”, meetings with the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Karpenko I. V. and the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the public association BRSM D. S. Voronyuk, seminars, exhibitions-presentations, master classes, creative workshops and much more. The events were organized at Polesie State University, City House of Culture, Children's School of Arts, Drama Theatre, Centre for Innovative and Technical Creativity, Central City Library, other educational and cultural institutions of the town.

A team of students and teachers of the Pinsk College of the Education Establishment “Brest State A. S. Pushkin University” took part in a ceremonial meeting and laying flowers at the Memorial Complex to the Liberators of Pinsk, as well as in the exhibition-presentation “Youth Achievements Today – Successful Development and Prosperity of Belarus tomorrow!”
