Congratulations to the staff of the Confucius Institute for winning the international contest of video presentations of Confucius Institutes!
The Confucius Institute at Brest State A. S. Pushkin University took the second place with the video "The New Confucius Institute in an Ancient Thousand-Year-Old City". The event was organized by the China International Foundation for Chinese Language Teaching. 130 Confucius Institutes, including classes, from five continents presented 500 videos. All of the works of the contestants reflect the achievements of students of Confucius Institutes around the world in learning the Chinese language. In the videos, participants introduce the customs of their homeland in Chinese and show that people of different cultures can communicate and learn from each other across the language bridge.
